Special Orders

Looking for something we don't normally stock? We'd be happy to see if we can order it for you.

To request a special order, please complete our Special Order Request Form (coming soon!). A member of our team will review your request and get back to you within approximately 3 days with availability, pricing, and next steps.

Store FAQs

  • To ensure a smooth pickup, we recommend placing orders for large quantities of clay or a variety of dry materials at least 24 hours in advance. (Please note: we are closed Sundays and Mondays.)

    Get in touch with us, and we'll have your order ready for pickup.

  • Absolutely! To place a special order, simply email store@claymakers.org. Special orders require payment in advance, and clay must be ordered by the box (50#). Materials usually arrive within 3-4 weeks of the order being placed, and we’ll contact you to arrange pickup.

    Please note: we cannot guarantee that our suppliers will have your item in stock when we place an order. If that happens, we’ll gladly issue a refund.
