Claymakers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing a thriving ceramics community, with a focus on connecting people through education, resources, and support.
Board members play an important role in bringing together the many voices within our community and helping ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability. They also serve as key ambassadors, expanding Claymakers’ network through their connections and engagement in the broader community.
We're currently seeking board members with skillsets in:
Real Estate / Property Development
Accounting / Finance
Human Resources
Fundraising
Grant Writing
Legal Expertise
While these skills are especially helpful, we welcome anyone who is passionate about our mission and eager to contribute. Diverse perspectives and experiences make our organization stronger.

Board Member Commitments:
-Board members serve three-year terms
-Expect to contribute at least 4 service hours per month
-Attend bi-monthly board meetings (2nd Monday evenings)
-Participate in 1-2 committees
-Make a personally meaningful annual contribution
-Leverage your professional skills and networks
-Attend occasional Claymakers events
